Three Years experience in preparing estimates at budgetary, design development, pre and post tendering stages.

Develop clear and concise technical proposals that support the Sales strategy and the overall business goals of the organization

Arranging required information to Customers regarding project control & progress monitoring as per contract

Develop budgets, estimate labour, material, project costs and project schedules

Follow-up with customer with for issues and Tender status.

Develop proposal complete in all respects against the inquiry including technical compliance

Represent the Commercial Design team in meetings and conferences; interact with customers to resolve significant technical issues and develop related action plans

Peruse tender advertisement and customer enquiry

Preparation for work instructions & statutory requirement

Compiling the contract documents, review with customer and agree on contractual obligations

Follow-up with the procurement department for vendor offers and obtain vendor responses for the technical clarifications raised. Ensure generation of all deliverables by Engineering Disciplines as per Bid requirement (BOQs, Technical Documents to be attached to Bid, costing for various equipment and bulks etc).Shortlist and identify target vendors for various key equipment/ packages

Prepare technical and commercial proposals as per client requirement with respect to project execution plans, organization charts job specific technical write ups, bank guarantees, commercial and technical qualifications and prepare responses to the client post bid queries.

Technical Skills

Coordinate technical solutions and associated pricing.

Prepared request for quote and scope of work documentation for suppliers.

P.C. and Microsoft products proficiency, including ability to read and interpret electrical prints

Good knowledge of products and solutions within Industrial Automation Markets

Familiarity with applicability of duties and taxes Software and Technologies:

AutoCAD.

MS Office.

ERP Tool.

Siebel tool
