Overview: Developed a web application that help everyone to find a part time job at ease in this chaos of economy. This web application developed with NodeJS and React with Redux. 2.1. Run daily, weekly and monthly agile rituals efficiently and strictly 2.2. Tracks work progress to identify blockages and developer divergence from allocated tasks 2.3. Blocks Business, Operational Staff and Product owners from interference with Development Structure

Project: Smart Scheduling (April 2017 – December 2017) Overview: Developed a web and mobile application that will solve the problem of scheduling in many companies such as SDI Marketing. This project uses Angular 4 as front-end, NodeJS as back-end, MongoDB as non-relational database, and Ionic 3 as a hybrid mobile application framework. 3.1. Facilitate my team for better creativity and tries to improve the efficiency of the development team. 3.2. Responsible for managing the scrum process with the coordination of scrum team in Agile methodology.
3.3. Responsible to remove the impediments for the scrum team. 3.4. Arranged daily stand-up meetings, facilitate meetings, schedule meetings, demo and decision-making processes in order to ensure quick inspection and proper use of adaptation process. 3.5. Helps product owner to make the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint.

4. Company: EPL
Position: Scrum master
Project: EPL Ticketing System (January 2017 – May 2017) Overview: Developed a web application using Django Web Framework that is based on python. The application is designed to reduce the contacting time between the EPL employees and their IT department. Front and Back end both are developed using the same Django framework. 4.1. Doing everything possible to ensure delighting the customer 4.2. Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight the customer
