- To participate and review the necessary activities to support the business in Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Disaster Recovery (DR) practices.
- To effectively maintain a balanced business unit in terms of Financial, Strategic, Customer Care, Operational, as well as an Organizational wellbeing perspective.
Business Assurance:
- To lead and manage the Business relationship through regular stakeholder management meetings to address technology bottlenecks in terms of issue / incident management, service requests and quick wins which would provide value.
- To manage and coordinate Service Level Management across IT, helping ensure there is a proactive, productive and efficient service for the business to leverage.
- Responsible to establish a sustaining relationship between the IT and business stakeholders so that the IT strategy is implemented, in-line with business needs
- To establish a service level management framework where service level targets are being defined, measured, reported and reviewed periodically with the business stakeholders
- Being the consolidation and contact point for business stakeholders to report challenges and critical issues / service requests being assessed and delivered by IT. In case, it is a new change which needs prioritization, it will be routed to change management team
- The role will be responsible for managing the business expectations regarding the required system fixes, parameter changes and system performance
- Measure and improve the business satisfaction levels through the periodic surveys and service review meetings.

- To manage, schedule and review risk based assessment activities to help enhance internal controls.
- To review ITD activities that maintains and enhances operational manuals and system documentation in area of responsibility.
- To manage, schedule and review evaluation activities to continuously enhance the processes and procedures in area of responsibility to reduce incidents and help mitigate risks, through increased consistency in task execution.
