PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Hope Wellness Center: (Internal Medicine and recovery center). I started working there as NP in January 11th, 2019. My duties as NP are:

Perform a thorough Head -to toe assessment including history and physical;

Providing education and guidance to patients on disease prevention and healthy lifestyles;

Order diagnostic tests and perform screening as well as interpreting diagnostic tests within my scope;

Treat acute and chronic illnesses;

Refer patients to specialist with different conditions;

Twin Valley Behavioral Healthcare: I started working in February 26th, 2015 to the current date. As a psychiatric nurse, I perform the following responsibilities at my job:

Provide direct care to patients and perform head to toe assessments;

Provides in-home health care services to the patients and their families;

Talks to patient’s family members and caregivers who are present during visits about their concerns and update on the patient’s chart;

Provides care in collaboration with providers and other health care workers;

Assesses patient's condition, takes vital signs, draw blood for labs and manages wound care, as needed;

Prefill pill boxes for the week, manage and administer prescription medicines;

Call med refills to the pharmacy;

Assess bedridden patients for sores and muscle weakness and sends reports about each patient’s visit to the agency;

The Heartland at Westerville Rehabilitation: I started working in February 2014 to 2015. As an RN, I carry out the following responsibilities at my job:

• Perform tracheotomy and chest tube care;
