EXPERIENCE : 8 Months.

Handling a Diaper manufacturing machine with 800 PPM speed to achieve the daily target of 3,05,000 diapers with low loss and packing the same with 13 No. of packaging staff and an auto-packing machine.

Continuous monitoring of the quality of product by visual inspection and periodic inspection of specifications of product and submitting data to quality department.

Monitoring the running condition of machine by checking the parts and their running sound and by checking and adjusting the values regarding sensors of suction, pressure and temperatures of parts of machine and making note of them.

Adjusting the movement of the flow line manually by checking the video sensors to undergo the processes perfectly to stop the rejections of product from machine.

Performing breakdown maintenances and managing the root cause failure analysis of the equipment causing rejections or stopping of machine.

Sharing the troubleshooting issues with the team and distribution of work will be done to complete weekly maintenance and preventive maintenance to improve the performance of machine.

Changing the Parts whenever needed to reduce the loss and changing the machine parts while change-over according to the specification need of product and Assisting senior engineers while change-over of heavy parts.

Supervising the safety rules getting followed by the working team of the respective machine.

Making trails of the projects for Cost Control by reducing the HMA usage and reducing width of the non-vowens under the quality circle.

Ordering of raw materials according to production plan and ordering of spare parts according to the blueprint of machine and ordering of tools.

Submitting the performance of machine and the list of defective raw-materials and parts came across while running machine daily.

PROJECTS I

MAIN PROJECT : INVESTIGATION ON PERFORMANCE OF 1-C DIESEL ENGINE WITH ELECTRO-MAGNETIC FUEL ENERGISER.

ROLE : TEAM LEADER

DESCRIPTION : The project focuses on making of an ELECTRO-MAGNETIC FUEL ENERGISER and investigating the performance of 1-C diesel Engine with the device fitted to fuel pipe with a given power supply which creates magnetic field. Device fitted to fuel pipe so that fuel flows through the field results in the structural change causes better fuel combustion efficiency by reducing unburnt Carbon there by reducing CO, HC and Nox emissions and decreasing fuel consumption. MINI PROJECT : A BRIEF STUDY ON MANUFACTURING OF AIR COOLED CYLINDER HEAD OF 2-STROKE ENGINE. ROLE : TEAM LEADER

ORGANISATION : SIBAR AUTO PARTS LTD.

DESCRIPTION : This is a study project on fabrication of AIR COOLED CYLINDER HEADs in a manufacturing plant SIBAR AUTO PARTS PRIVATE LTD in Tirupati by the preparation of Core, Molten metal followed by gravity Die-Casting, Filing, Inspection processes to supply the products to companies based on orders like GREAVES, MODINE etc.
