Developed fundraising plan in conjunction with the Executive Director. For the 30th Anniversary of the Foundation the key initiatives added were:
Establish AICF fundraising dinners in NYC
Host fundraising events or “parlour evenings” in other cities, including events or evenings that would take place in the fellows’ town or place of business
Strengthen the website: create a “History and Alumni section” and a job section on the AICF website; update the list of current and former AICF host institutions, update the “E-newsletter section” (in particular the frequency)
Research the history and identify all Alumni for a booklet commemorating the 30th anniversary of the AICF
Identify and cultivate prospects in Italy and the US, including corporations, using the web databases (Foundation Center, Guidestar, Zapdata, Edgar, Lexis Nexis, etc.) and Sage donor database.
