1.MICKY METAL LTD.(2 nd Jan 2019 to till date)

Position : Manager

Responsibilities:-

Responsible for Quality, Production, Preventive Maintenance, Dispatch, Store and House Keeping. Responsible for Planning & developing system where a plant works smoothly. Such as MIS in proper format, highlighting delay/cobbles areas and line of action to solve. Reduce store consumption.

Develop Critical spare list, Roll history Card/ Pass card. Man power management and control in overtime wages. Deal with the Labor and their issues. Lessening works. Ensure Quality Production, solve market complaints, reduce losses and increase core value of product.

2.MAHALAXMI TMT PVT LTD.(2 nd July 2018 to 14 dec 2018)

Position : Quality Manager.

Focusing Area : Quality control Lab, TMT Stock and Billet yard, MIS

Responsibilities:-

Responsible for Quality Control of Round bar and TMT Bar in four slitting rolling mill.

Coordination with planning department to issue of Row material for section to be rolled after 100% Spectro Analysis as per rolling program.

Raising Complain against defective pieces, for any visual/surface defects or Low/High Chemistry as per required/given standards.

Monitoring Furnace / hot charging billet temperature for the required operation.

Observation to control finish product quality at cooling Bed to obtain accurate sectional weight, dimensional & length.

Take corrective action, if there is any defect in rolling. And ensure proper quality material rolled.

Internal testing of sample as per slitting bars against heat No. to obtain the required grades as per given specification.

Maintaining document for BIS, ISO, Test Certificates and Records Keeping.

Maintaining records of calibration Certificates for measuring equipments.

Proper Calibration of UTM Machine, Spectro Lab equipments etc.

Handle third party inspection & get proper inspection done.

Attain market complain and resolved it. Take proper preventive action against every customer issues.

Prepare Daily Production Report and High light Hot and Cold End Cut, Random and Miss roll Percentage And do necessary action to Control.

Coordination with Dispatch and Marketing department and issue Test Certificate of finish product as per customer.

Maintain Inventory of QC Lab, Such as paint, binding wire, strips, tags, measuring equipments etc.

3.R.R.Ispat Ltd (Hira Group). (20 thJune 2016 to 28 thJune 2018)

Position : Quality Manager.

Focusing Area: Quality control Lab, TMT/WRM Cooling bed & yard, Galvanizing, HB Wire and Billet yard.

Responsibilities:-

Responsible for Quality Control of TMT Bar, WRM, HB Wire and galvanizing unit.

Selection of billet Required for rolling as per Chemistry in Re-Heating furnace.

Conduct On line testing (Physical & Mechanical) & get the proper quality material rolled.

Close monitoring of stock size and RPM. If any abnormality found then get corrected.

Inspection of incoming Billet (Spectro analysis and weight analysis).

Inspect of incoming material for galvanizing (Structural Steel and Fabricated material).

Inspect proper welding and as per drawing done in fabrication unit.

Attain the inspector and get the inspection done in TMT and galvanizing unit.

Conduct Hot dip galvanizing test (Mass of zinc, uniformity of zinc, adhesion test, acid contain, iron contain)

Closed monitoring on HB wire reduction percentage on every Die & get the appropriate quality.

Maintain billet, WRM/TMT & HB wire Stock in yard.

Attain complain in the market or dealer.

Manufacturing of product as per there requirement.

Implement and monitor ISO system procedures & records for Production & Quality Control.

Keep track of identification and traceability of every product at process and final stage along with housekeeping.

4.a. VANDANA GLOBAL LTD. (1stAug 2014 to 15 thJune 2016)

Position : Asst. Manager (Production).

Focusing Area: STORE, Shop Floor,MIS,Housekeeping, TMT/WRM yard and Billet yard.

Responsibilities:-

Responsible for MIS, Man power management, Inventory control, House keeping and Market complain.

Working with SAP.

Selection of billet (Heat) from CCM according to grades.

Selection of passes, guide box, twists pipe & delivery pipe as per section.

Set load on pinch roll and stands as per section.

Close monitoring of stock size and RPM.

Reduction in Conversion cost, Miss Roll & Rolling Defects in rolling mill.

Analysis the cause of miss rolls and takes corrective action.

Inspection of incoming material.

Attain the inspector and get the inspection done.

Increase in yield & reduction in waste generation in rolling mill such as short length and random bar, end cutting in cold shear as well as crop and cobble shear etc.

Maintain billet, WRM and TMT Stock in yard.

b. VANDANA ISPAT LTD. (6thMarch 2012 to 30th Sep 2014)

Position : Quality Manager.

Focusing Area: Shop floor, Quality control lab and Billet yard.

Responsibilities:-

Responsible for Production planning of Structure Steel Quality wise.

Charging of billet into the reheating furnace according to grades.

Conduct the Physical Testing (YS, UTS,dl and Impact test) while production.

Responsible for Production Controlling of Induction furnace (3 Ton) and Rolling mill

Attain the inspector and get the inspection done.

Ensure Chemical Analysis Test Results of Heats in Production are accurate and delivered promptly.

License renewal or inclusion of section in the license.

Maintain stock in billet yard.

5.SPS STEELS ROLLING MILLS PVT. LTD. (15th July 2009 to 26th Feb 2012.)

Position : Quality Controller

Focusing Area: Steel Melting Shop, Hot rolling TMT line, Quality control lab and Billet yard

Responsibilities:-

Whole and sole responsibility to manufacture the quality of TMT bars and billet.

Charging of billet into the reheating furnace according to grades (CRS, Fe 500 and Fe 415).

Conduct the Physical Testing (YS, UTS and dl) while production.

Conduct chemical Test (C, S, P, Mn, Si, Cr, and Cu) in SMS division.

Insure proper billet is being manufacture in SMS division with appropriate chemistry.

Inspection of billet (longitudinal or off corner internal crack, piping, rhombodity etc) after being rolled in CCM.

Planning, Scheduling & Monitoring of Rolling Mill according to market demand and availability of raw material.

Taking sequence of heat in Induction Furnace in proper time.

●Melting of scrap, sponge or DRI with some ferroalloy in SMS to produce proper alloy steel with appropriate chemistry.

●Monitor and control the metallurgy and schedule of the process and ensure smooth continuity of Target & Planned operation.

SSC (2001) passed in first class (64%) from Sainik School Purulia.
