Responsibilities

A. Variations to Client:

I)Identify, Prepare,Submit& follow upVariations based on approved R.F.I, Site Instructions, ap proved inspection Requests, Comments on shop drawings, etc. 3

B. Monthly Interim Valuations:

i) Prepare monthly evaluation based on the progress measured at site; ii) Lead, co-ordinate and liaise with the consultants C. Sub-Contract progress payments:

i) Prepare payment certificates to Subcontractors based on progress of works and consultants approval for the same;

ii) Variations: Verify the provisions in the original contract and co-ordination with other departments;

iii) Ensure of all contra charges are applied in the payments of Sub contract; D. Other works:

i) Co-ordinate &advice procurement department to finalize the rate & quantities for the Sub contract agreements and its amendments.

ii) Preparation of Final Account for sub contractors; iii) Co-ordinate with Client & Sub contractors (Nominated & Domestic) for interim payments based on assessment at site.

iv) Attending reconciliation meeting with Client and Sub Contractors (Nominated & Domestic) for variation cost finalization;

v) Preparation of Correspondences to Sub contractors vi) Other works as assigned by the Contracts Manager and Administrator ; Achievements:
