b.Construction supervision of 8 units of 4 bedrooms Terrace building, Ikate.

c.Finishing of 17 units of 3 bedrooms apartments, Oniru.

d.Sand filling, compacting and perimeter fencing of 6400m2 of land, Chisco.

e.Construction supervision of pile foundation and super structure for 4 units of 5 bedroom terrace building, Chisco.

Responsibilities:

Day to day overall site management including supervision and monitoring of workers

Set out, level and survey the site

Check plans, drawings and quantities for calculations
