Well experienced working knowledge on NTM block mills and to produce sizes of 5.5 mm to 15.0 mm coils of varying alloy grades like Boron, Sulphur and low medium and high carbon alloys and having experience of producing sizes from 16 mm coils to 30 mm coils in Garret Coiler.
Ensuring Continuous Improvement by Identifying production related technical problems and suggest solutions in Block mills like fluttering, over lapping, over filling and other quality related problems like upset failures,
Plain Bar Rolling Operation:
Having working experience of producing 20.0 mm to 60.0 mm dia rounds.
