CAREER OBJECTIVE
I am seeking gainful employment in Biomedical Science. My passion for preserving living beings, particularly endangered wildlife and cultures, developed at a young age. Menaces of species extinction, attributable to sport hunting and disease, and habitat disruption, caused by environmental and human influences, provide my motivation to offer sustainable solutions. Prior to earning my baccalaureate in Biology, I spent my High School junior and senior summers working at a wildlife education center feeding, handling and caring for animals (including reptiles and insects), and performing various administrative and customer service activities. During my undergraduate years I gained approximately 2000 hours research experience in the areas of tropical ecology and anthropology, agricultural research, microbiology, field ecology, evolutionary biology and genotyping.
