Japanese owned company and the fourth largest global supplier of automotive glass to the OEM Market. Vonore is the original US operation. Company is headquartered in Tokyo and Matsusaka, Japan.
Responsible for automotive manufacturing operations in 5 states consisting of +/- 800 Professional and Production emp’s.
Annual Sales Revenue in excess of $175m.
Increased profitability by > 20% while reducing quality issues by >25% through lean program implementation.
Reduced inventory by almost 30% for true JIT levels and reduced financial exposure.
Implement new SAP based ERP program.

Plant Manager 2005 to 2013 Oakley Sub Assembly
OSA supplies Tire / Wheel and Suspension parts to OEM operations in both the United States as well as Canada. The OSA plants are assembly operations which operate as corporate EOP/SPD (Extension of Plant / Sequenced Parts Distributors).
Hired to start this [green-field] plant providing assemblies to the Belvidere Chrysler Assembly Plant.

Designed redundant-capacity into floorplan to reduce possibility of downtime penalties.
