Software Engineer, Gigamon Solutions, Chennai, India.
- Designed a bottleneck detection algorithm pertaining to Throughput coverage in Gigamon Products and formulated a proof of concept for the same, thereby saving manpower from performing tedious analyses, calculations and report generation.
- Developed a python-based tool to pump real-time traffic to Gigamon devices for testing protocols such as Secure Socket Layer(SSL). The traffic included well-researched samples of web-page browsing, video streaming and downloading, file transfers via OpenSSL, web page polling, mailing service between custom email servers, packet sniffers and File transfer using FTP Protocol with SSL in our products as Man In The Middle.
Technologies Used: Python, Robot Framework, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JQuery, Linux OS, Oracle DB, Git, Jenkins, Jira, SVN.
