I support development of programs and initiatives and ensure daily and long-term actions align with the team’s strategic goals. I problem solve and generate new ideas when faced with new issues or making processes better, externally or internally. I bridge the gap between stakeholder wants and what is technically possible. I maintain key systems, create internal processes and job aids, design and execute reports though our Learning Management System (LMS). I serve as content writer, material editor, curriculum analyst, voice over talent and assist as a collaborative producer of rapid elearning based on the business need. I freelance as a voice over artist. This involves building relationships, seeking out new ways to promote my brand, making choices in delivery, taking direction during live sessions or through email, negotiating payment rates, and maintaining relationship with domestic and international clients. I work directly with clients or through advertising and marketing firms. I also provide script editing, sound engineering and reconstruction as needed or requested by my clients.
Educator, Revenue Operations at DaVita, Incorporated January 2012 – May 2016
I prepared, delivered and analyzed classroom training, online training and one-on-one coaching for approximately 100 in-house individuals in various roles in the Revenue Operations Department (ROPS). As part of a team, I served the training needs in five business offices. I administered system testing in our Learning Management System (LMS) and was responsible for pulling and analyzing reports. I audited training materials for accuracy, clarity and grammar. I served as content writer, voice over talent and producer of rapid elearning and video programs based on the business need.

I was the project manager of all classroom and elearning development. I was responsible for content creation (research to production) coordinating and managing trainers, consultants and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and troubleshooting elearning systems. I managed multiple projects with minimal supervision, aggressive deadlines and vague direction. I took over the responsibilities of mentoring new hires and guiding various management entities. I supported our overseas teams and debriefed all training sessions.

I handled all aspects of advertising campaigns, budgets, media placement and print/video production in a small, fast-paced environment. I communicated seamlessly between the production department and the creative department to accomplish client goals and managed members of both areas. I was responsible for writing all of the advertising copy for scripts for video. I booked shooting locations, talent and crew, as needed. I assisted in answering phones, directing calls and doing basic administrative duties.

I was responsible for customer service, visual strategies, operations and inventory management for one of the highest volume locations at King of Prussia. I also setting up another store in Haverford and trained the new hires there. I supervised and motivated the team and promoted a fun and positive work environment. I also assisted with the logistics and item inventory of two store moves.
Custom Printing Specialist at Crane & Co., Incorporated January 2003 – January 2006
I was primarily the designer of personal and professional stationery for brides and companies. I served as the liaison between the printing and art departments and clients. I was responsibility for keeping track of all custom printing orders. I educated new staff members on vendors, technical skills and customer service. I assisted the managers in promotions for in-store functions and events. I revamped paperwork and record keeping making it more efficient and concise.

January 2004 - January 2005
I was responsible for generating the daily commercial station logs for the WSOX program director. I audited on-air spots to make sure all commercial items played and rectified any situations through the sales and production departments. I ensured all station bills were paid, checks were sent to sweepstakes winners and all paperwork was filed correctly. I assisted the sales department both in-house and on the road. I generated reports as needed and assigned. I assisted the IT department by organizing their financials and doing light accounting. I provided relief for the administrative assistant by answering phones and greeting guests.

The Movember Foundation raises awareness of men's health issues, such as cancer and mental health. I organize a Pie in the Face event people are pied for donations. The National Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Society – Greater Delaware Valley chapter I recruit a bike team for the annual MS City to Shore Century, train and ride the distance and raise funds.
