Commercial Construction Projects (2009 to Present) Budgets: $25M to $250M Constructed two story elementary school including demolition of existing structure, five story podium apartment complex’s with 700 car parking level, five story Marriott Hotel in Bangor Maine with full restaurant and commercial laundry. Massachusetts based Senior Project manager with over 500 units being developed in Boston region. Apartment Construction Projects (1998 to 2009) Budgets: $50M to $150M Served as project/construction manager on multiple apartment complex’s ( approx.. 5000 units ) ( tuck under, podium and S.O.G. ), overseeing the day to day operations of Northern California Regional Office and active construction projects as well as reporting to investors representatives on a monthly basis.
