ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE PROJECT

As ERP Program Manager worked with Ascension IT team to build upgrade plan minimizing business risks using my earlier experience.

Conducted multiple cross functional business team meetings to set expectation and prepared the team to validate existing and new functionalities of PeopleSoft 9.2.

Involved in re-applying the customized PeopleSoft objects such as Components, Pages, Records, etc.

Analyzed the customization done in HRMS 7.5 Benefit Administration module, by comparing the 7.5 vanilla and 7.5 customized by PeopleSoft. The customization is reapplied with 8 sp1 vanilla functionality.

Developed the customized SQR for billing advice generation, which generates the billing advice for the month. It extracts data from HRMS and Project module and populates them into the custom billing tables.
