Solid knowledge of Clinical research methodology, procedures, regulations and guidelines such as ICH/ Good clinical practice (GCP) guidelines, Tri-Council Policy (TCPS-2), Declaration of Helsinki, FDA CFR, and Health Canada TPDs

knowledge in medical terminology, diseases and drug development processes

Competent in implementing data collection and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment

Efficient organization, time management, and both short- and long-term planning skills

Collaborative team player with analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent decision making, interpersonal, and proficient communication skills

Experience in allocating, monitoring and recording budgets

Organize materials to facilitate protocol adherence, including study binders and guides
