Job responsibility is to make relationship with new builders and asking them to do project approval.
Calling to real-estate broker fixing an appointment, make them business associate and generate business from them.
Making relationship with builder and generate leads from them, and convert their lead into business.
Worked on the case up to disbursement.
2)Axis Securities Ltd (22 June 2017 – 22 May 2018):Worked as Relationship Officer in SME working capital loan,
Job responsibility was to collect leads from branch as well as Open market make an appointment with SME clients, understand their requirement and fix suitable product for them.
Collecting the initial documents for analyzing the Financial.
Analyzing the financial as well as all the ratios of the company
Accepting the term sheet and collecting processing Fees cheque.
Collecting the documents for login in credit team.
