• Operated a forklift to unload and load freight onto trucks. Set up the weld lines with all their raw materials needed for that actual part of the rack to build and weld together.I finalized inspected everything as it came off the weld line as fully welded together and complete. I inspected for missing welds and out of the tolerance dimensions that was acceptable by the customers standards. I had a painter that done all my paintings for the racks and what colors they wanted and any custom changes they wanted to add or take off. I received all raw materials and shipped out all finalized products in a timely manner that was set up in the system to.go out from Corporate. I printed off shippers and sent back in shippers to Corporate after I loaded a truck and had the drivers sign it with their trailer numbers. I kept up with all supplies needed for.the shop such as welding materials, paint materials, paint, and raw materials if we was gonna be short. I had to order all materials needed for.the job complete such as bolts and washers and lock nuts. If an area was lightly coated and that was coming through I had to catch it.and send it.back to paint booth covered another coat. I assembled every rack once it start out as raw materials unloaded off the truck and set up on weld line at different weld stations and once off weld line go to paint booth and then after painted go over to assembly where the remainder of parts was assembled onto the rack and then out on.front dock ready shipped.if everything was according to.the customers standards.
