American Express Company, also known as AmEx, is an American multinational financial services corporation. The company is best known for its credit card, charge card, and travelers cheque businesses. TLI Phase 2 is an application used to increase the Credit limit of the AmEx Customers. The accounts for which the credit limit can be increased will be taken from CAS team and sent to GRF Team for processing. The GRF will check in database to know whether an offer available for the given accounts sent from CAS and whether it satisfies the conditions to increase the credit Limit and notifies about it to ALERTS Team. They will mail/SMS the customer about the offer. If the customer is interested in the offer he can proceed by calling the Customer Care.

Similiarly, if the Customers are interested to increase the credit limit of their card, will call the Customer Care and GRF team receive these account numbers from CAS team and check whether the request can be processed.
