RELATIVE EXPERIENCE

UMD Swenson College of Science & Engineering Senior Design – Project Lead

Aug. 2018 to Dec. 2018

Managed 13 engineers to develop Air Force’s Mobile Active Threat Emergency System (MATES).

Responsible for all communication between M.E. Dept., E.E. Dept., and Air Force Personnel.

Designed and developed prototype multi-sensory system, using radio wave transmitters, parabolic and piezoelectric microphones, light detection and ranging (LiDAR) sensors, and 4-gas detection sensors.

Documented testing procedures, test results, and generated mathematical models based on said results.

Formatted SDK’s from each sensor, coupled all sensors together using Raspberry Pi 3+ processors, and created a user-friendly GUI using Python coding software and Raspbian OS.
