Troubleshoots computer and phone issues as they arise.

Communicates with outside organizations to post open positions to recruit needed employees.

Interacts with family members and residents when called on to help in areas of dining services, transporting residents, obtaining necessary items.

Is part of the “Weekend Manager On Duty” responsibilities for rotation coverage.

Attends Southwest Safety Council meetings and reports all information to those in need.

Maintained General Ledgers for all vendor entries regarding accounts payables

Processed purchase orders to assure proper documentation and approval signatures were submitted.
