Constructed a 310,000 square foot World-Class Manufacturing Facility specifically designed to meet the organizations needs for future growth with the subsequent 150,000 square foot expansion of the facility. These efforts included full lifecycle project management from concept, design, and construction as well as the required infrastructure and equipment. Subsequently, this facility has enabled growth of more than 200%.

Championed the use of cross-functional teams and a collaborative/concurrent engineering process that focused on streamlining the design development and launch process. This initiative reduced the time to market for new products by 50% and demonstrated a unique personal ability to manage business process changes.
