Summary

1.Underwent Advanced Diploma in Industrial Automation Course from SMEC labs – R & D, (training wing of SMEC Automation Pvt. Ltd) inclusive of two months hands on practical exposure to Industrial Automation tools viz PLC, SCADA, HMI, Drives and VFD.

Preparation of Bar chart along with duration indicating pre-engineering time, lead time for supply of chemical and actual decontamination process. Preparing and submitting the copy of procedures and schemes for individual units. This involved pre-engineering for identifying the requirement of temporary piping, connections, piping drawings and number of loops/process blocks.

Finally supervising the complete process within agreed time lines to achieve the desired results of removing Benzene, H2S and LEL in the process equipment, to safe entry levels (Working in shifts).
