IMX6, AM180X and AM335X SOM- ARM Micro-Processor based system on modules These boards were designed to be the platform for general purpose controlling, data acquisition, display and interface of other slave boards across various industrial systems. It was based on NXP IMX6, TI’s AM180x and AM335x microprocessors with ARM Cortex at the core. The features of these boards include NAND Flash, DDR2 and DDR3 SDRAM, USB 2.0, Ethernet, UART, SPI. The PCBs consisted of 8 -10 layers with multiple Power and Ground planes and high speed signal layers.

ECG – Efficia ECG100

Efficia ECG100 was a hand held ECG acquisition device. It was designed for a leading medical equipment manufacturer. The board is based on AM3359 microprocessor. It enables doctors to monitor ECG of a patient remotely using a tablet or through online. The board includes ECG acquisition analog front end, microprocessor, isolated SPI interface between them, power management ICs, storage options like micro SD, NAND flash and communication interfaces like USB, Bluetooth and wireless LAN. The PCB consisted of 8 layers with multiple Power and Ground planes and high speed signal layers. It was designed to be well protected against ESD and power supply transients like over voltage, short circuit and noisy supply. HUD

Exploride HUD is a heads up display for cars. The design was based on NXP IMX6 microprocessor. It is having 2Gb DDR3, 32Gb Emmc, GPS, WIFI and BLE. It has a Pico-projector inside which is running on TIs DLP technology. The PCB is 10 layer impedance controlled one with buried and blind via. There are companion devices like OBD adaptor and steering controls which are wirelessly connected to HUD through BLE. Vehicle Tracking and Remote Monitoring System
