As a site superintendent, I collaborate with various project managers; i read and interpret blueprints, delegating work scopes to foremen, tradesmen and laborers, ensuring the subcontractors are kept on track with various scheduled work and work scopes, which are often time sensitive. I can and often do proficiently operate and maintain various industrial equipment, including all trucks: fork lifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, overhead and jib cranes, various saws, grinders, torches, welders, power and hand tools, etc.; as I have had jobs in the past as an installer/finish carpenter and welder/fabricator.
