Hired to manage the maintenance department, I moved into multiple roles with significantly increased responsibility across multiple departments, including the warehouse and company-wide ERP planning. This work served the purpose of preparing our departments for serving Bahrain nationwide and entailed in-depth operations planning, requirements gathering, and research. Key Outcome: Significantly boosted efficiencies by implementing interdepartmental standards and procedures; introducing barcode scanning; and, carrying out ERP planning, documentation, and change management practices to ensure success of the new ERP.

Implemented ERP solution and training to improve customer service, resiliency planning, communication, systems planning and enhanced efficiencies for all stakeholders.

Led overhaul and redesign to of four warehouse layouts, policies and systems from scratch without an interruption to daily operations.

Introduced barcode scanning for products and teams as well as packages to expedite the inbound and outbound procedures.
