Administrative - Human Resources

Prepare incident reports, track process and prepare final incident reports for management

Receive, enter and track contractor timesheets and equipment usage hours in LEMs system and then bill clients

Order, receive, verity office supplies, send invoices for payment; Maintain supply area

Create purchase orders for materials required for projects

Assisted Human Resources Manager in setting up and booking training for tickets and various other courses for employees; Enter information into Excel database

Maintain system monitoring ticket expiry dates ensuring employees maintain valid tickets

Accounts Payable

Perform daily verification of around 150 invoices in SAP database

Track and monitor all invoices and credits from vendors, follow-up as required

Submit bills for payment; Handle consignments; Track monthly statements

Receive and verify extensive invoices received and prepare statement for payment

Organize and maintain a filing system for outstanding invoices to ensure payment

Safety

Facilitate New Hire and Safety orientations for over 70 people; Help safety advisors

Take, prepare and distribute safety meeting minutes

Order and track all employees safety personal protective equipment

Accurately enter all data into Excel from Observation & Field Level Hazard Report cards

Set-up Safety Office and employee training files, invoice & receipt files; Maintain system
