ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure that all regulations and safety devices are properly installed.

Accept are complete the Electrical Isolation Confirmaton Certificate to ensure completion of activities.

Daily follow Permit to Work system.

Before and after executing the job inform to plant operator.

Identify and obtain spare parts and the necessary tools to meet maintenance requirements.

Carry out the routine, predictive and preventive maintenance checks on electrical equipments.

Carry out new installations, modification and testing of equipments through various stages as per plan and in line with Senior / Supervisor's instructions and checks adherence to all parameters.

Repair and replace defective components in motors, generators, controllers, storage batteries, switchboards, conductors, switches and varied electrical fixtures.

Update and maintain drawings and other documents related to the electrical for continuous availability.

Maintain all tools, safety gear and equipment provided by company safely and in working condition.

Carry out all maintenance jobs in line with assigned time standards.

Maintain the work environment clean and tidy before, during and after executing the job.

Daily work report to Electrical Senior Technician.

Immediately inform to plant operator / CCR to any Gas leakage.

OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE:

GEMSTART5 RELAY:

Working Experience and Maintenance for Gemstart5 Relay using and Control the Single phase fault, Overload Current and Earth fault.

MICOM ALSTROM RELAY:

Working Experience and Maintenance for Micom Alstrom relay. Attend fault Under Voltage, Instantaneous over Current, Ground Instantaneous over Current, Lockout relay

TESTING AND COMMISSIONING :

Testing and Commissioning of LV Switch Gear.

MEGGER:

An Insulation Test of Cable value from 250volts to 1kV.

MOTOR STARTER & CIRCUIT BREAKER:
