For a Big 4 firm starting in 2005, led and increased the southeast region’s business advisory revenues from $18 million to $57 million over a 3-year period. Clients included HealthSouth, Talecris Biotherapeutics, Invesco Ltd., Morehouse School of Medicine, Hanesbrands and Goodrich.

Founded an east coast business advisory firm in 2001, raised capital, and grew business with 25 professionals. Merged business with our national strategic partner CBIZ ($ 800 million) after 3 years. Clients included Jacuzzi Brands, Avaya, Kodak Polychrome Graphics, ConEdison and EXIM.

For a Big 4 firm, started a business advisory practice in Metro NY region in 1997. Grew revenues to $12 million and clients included ITT Industries, RH Donnelley, TEREX, Unisource Worldwide and Acclaim Entertainment.

As a Financial Officer, aligned Fortune 500 internal audit programs around strategic and operational risks to improve relevance and effectiveness at Altria, Kraft Foods, Union Camp Corporation and Bush Boake Allen. Provided M&A services on over 15 acquisitions, including Hobart, KitchenAid, SS Pierce, Lender’s Bagels, CapriSun and Fruzen Glaade.

2010, Functioned as a Partner – Governance Risk and Compliance for Wipro, Inc., a $5 billion, global consulting firm specializing in business process outsourcing. As Wipro started up a consulting practice, developed a governance, risk and compliance service line. Key Wipro global accounts included Cisco, EMC, Xerox, Cardinal Health, US Bank and TJX.

Provided a variety of business development and advisory services to companies like McKesson, Kimberley Clark, Wellpoint-NGS, Oversight Systems and Reliant Systems.
