Materials Manager

Responsible for purchasing, materials flow, inventory, planning, scheduling, logistics, shipping, and receiving.

Created and implemented strategic plan for materials and scheduling.

Drove continuous improvement by creating a Daily Action Board for materials. First four measures were PO delivery, inventory health, production discrepancies and delayed customer shipments.

Re-implemented MRP in SAP to drive more reliable material supply.
