I have 25 years experience in the Banking Industry, starting as a teller and eventually a Loan Officer processing Personal, Auto, and Home Loan Applications. I then continued my career for the past 15 years working as an Income Maintenance Caseworker for the Commonwealth of PA Department of Human Services. I recently retired. I have extensive training in customer service and have trained employees in customer service in a classroom setting. I have Insurance sales experience thru my Banking career and have authorized Insurance benefits as a caseworker. I have experience in reviewing clients/customers Federal Income Tax returns when processing Loan applications as well as authorizing Welfare benefits.
