** JOB OBJECTIVE **

** PRESENT JOB PURPOSE **

Responsible for operation of TPP including Turbine, Boiler & auxiliaries etc and to execute operation in safe, reliable and optimum cost with standard norms of environment and also ensure uninterrupted power supply to cement plant.

** JOB PRINCIPLE & ACCOUNTABILITIES **

1. Plant Operation & Availability: Monitor Boiler, Turbine, Ash Handling & Water Treatment plant parameters, and correction thereof. Check Boiler, Turbine Field logs book on daily basis. Finding out abnormalities and get it normalized. Preparation of daily report. Handling emergencies situations. Highlighting the problems related to services and gets it solved. To coordinate main plant electrical department for power import/Export as per cement plant requirement. Operating the plant as per ISO & OHSAS standards carry out safety checks. 2. Cost Control: Minimize leakage i.e. of Steam, Oil, water & material. Stop unnecessary equipments. Monitor Coal, DM Water & Soft water quality and consumption.

3. Improvement: Execution of Improvement / Modification for Thermal Power Plant to improve productivity 4. Safety & statutory compliance: Carryout timely inspection of all jobs required as per statutory guidelines and ensures their timely compliance.

5. System Implementation: Organize and implement ISO, EMS, OHSAS, SA 8000 and WCM systems in his area of operation through the involvement of people for the improvement of quality standards and productivity. 6. Others: House Keeping and Autonomous. Ensuring environment norms as per the standard. Reporting of Near miss, incident / accident to safety department. Does why why analysis. Identify and execute improvement study and kaizen.

• WATER TREATMENT PLANT - CAPACITY OF 20 M3/Hr & 45 M3/Hr. BOP AREA OPERATION (DCS EXPERIENCE SIEMENS)
