Responsibilities:

Handling Resource Management activities like Resource Identification, Resource Allocation, Resource Transfer/ Deputation, Resource Forecasting.

Role involved interacting with Project Director, Project Manager to understand their resource requirements and skills required based on their project needs.

Allocating resources to projects from bench based on their availability and will mark the requirement for recruitment if there are no resources available internally and closely work with Lateral recruitment team to raise a Job Order Id to map the selected resources from the market to projects.

Preparing and Publishing Utilization and Unallocated reports on daily basis, and following up with the resources, interacting with their Project managers/ Delivery managers about the resource availability status.

Releasing resources from projects to bench Pool based on project’s ramp down, resources Aspiration, Transfer etc. Following up with Project Manager’s to improve the utilization of practice in controlling resources Over Allocation, Under Allocation, Non Billable to Billable positions and unassigned allocations

Resource Allocation/Deallocation and extension in Peoplesoft

Resources ageing analysis. Computing Pyramid ratio.

Closely monitoring the Unbilled Ageing report and sending the Advisory note to the employees who are unbilled for more than 8 weeks and suggesting rotational policy to the delivery managers to make the resource billed.

Reporting:

Provides utilization and quality reports to the leadership group, which helps the leadership group look at the trends and take actions accordingly.

Prepare staffing dashboards/presentations on a regular basis, with the team and separately with the business leads to ensure that staffing is on track.

Analysis of utilization levels and undertake corrective actions if necessary.

Publish daily Resource Management reports for Strategic Business Unit leads.

Coordinate with multiple teams to optimize the ultization of the resources.

Creation and collation of dashboard for relevant stakeholders.

Prepares monthly dashboard of all service lines and helps leadership group know the monthly progress.

Provides various adhoc reports.
