1. Over the years, I have successfully organized nearly 150 events both indoor and outdoor including Musical concerts for 10,000 capacity to Dinner events from 150 people and up. They are conferences, festivals, seminars, workshops, and several annual events. The management involved planning the event from the concept to a successful result. Event management has become second nature to me.

My expertise in working with diverse people from different races, religions, and regions including the Native Americans and the LGBTQ Community has given me the range that is rarely experienced by anyone. I am blessed with listening skills, and incorporating ideas from associates into producing the best results for the organization.

3. Excellence in communication allows us to remain focused on the given goals. I have successfully articulated the policies and procedures of the organizations. 4. I have managed the home building, property management, remodeling, HOA and condominium management over the last three decades. All involved full operation and budget management and delivering the job on time while babysitting the customers and clients.

5. Customer care runs through my veins. As an Award-winning community manager for three major home builders, I have served my customers well. We marry them, caring, counseling, nurturing and delivering them their dream home in nine months. It involves helping them, the upper management, fellow workers, loan officers, and the whole enchilada.
