Machine Operates:

ROTOGRAVURE

●Check the job card specifications

●Check the cylinder for any damages/Clean the ink trays, tanks and pumps

●Clean the roller on all the stations

●Check the rubber rollers and change, if necessary for required sizes

●Mount the cylinders in the respective units according to the colour sequence & winding direction (for winding direction see W.I )followed by ink trays fixing

●Load the material after checking the size, thickness and treatment side

●Start heating/Fill the inks to the respective tanks as per colour sequence

●Set the doctor blades, cylinder pressure and rubber roller pressure

●Set the auto registration, auto scanning mark..

●Run the machine slowly and match the colours, then fix the ink viscosities

●Run the machine full speed according to instructions and take proof sample

●Check for print quality, registration, text, shades, ink adhesion and other visual defects

●Get approval from the PM,QC and sales Personnel as required

●Produce the required quantity with frequent checks(including viscosity)

●Record the production details.

Flexographic Printer

●Analyze,prepare and set up nylon plates of job out according to printing

Instruction.

●Mounting of nylon plate to its designated circumference of cylinder.

●Perform checking constantly its ink viscosity,treatment of material & registration

●Provide computation of quantity required in meters as per quantity needed of job

●Ensure quality of job in compliance to customer satisfaction.

INK MIXER

●Analyze and prepare all ink needed as per job order

●Mix and draw down its ink if the same to color guide from the costumer (color match if needed until foreman/supervisor agree)

●Checking of viscosity of ink while in production

●Submit to foreman/supervisor all details of ink as per production.
