Professional Goal and Summary

Summary- My qualifications and experiences include over 20 years in the Construction Field. My construction experiences include: Foreman, Assistant Superintendent, Superintendent, General Superintendent and Field Project Manager. Construction project types range from: Residential, Industrial, Medical, Retail, and Commercial.

I had spent 12 years in the field of Telecommunications. I held numerous positions of increasing responsibilities in the departments of: Operator Services, Outside Plant and Comptrollers. Management Positions held include: Supervisor, Assistant Manager, Manager and Project Manager.

As a Teacher- I worked in the Public School Systems and in Private facilities in the field of Special Education for approximately 7 years with children and adults that were classified as being Multi-Handicapped with severe and profoundly handicapping conditions. I also did some teaching at the Graduate School level to students pursuing their Masters in Special Education.

Experience- As a Construction General Superintendent and Field Project Manager, my responsibilities included but were not limited to the following: Obtaining GC Project Building Permit, managing and coordinating all site and underground utility work, responsible for all storm water pollution and protection, Subcontractor contract compliance and changer orders. My role also includes any and all Architectural/MEP RFI, Quality Control, Code Compliance, and Field Reporting to clients, Project schedules, Project Coordination Meetings, Cost Control, any and all required inspections, obtaining Building Certificate of Occupancy and Final Health Inspection, and punch list items and obtaining the Final Sign off from the client.

I was one of many Superintendents on the projects.

Responsibilities included several Multi-Million dollar buildings on these projects such as: Lab building, Control center Building, and Splitter tanks.

I worked on a number of fast food Remodels, Burnouts and a few Ground Ups projects.
