Project base on “Automatic GSM Based door lock System using PIC Microcontroller”. Project Description

Automatic Box Packaging System using PLC: This project is devoted to use of automatic control system in process machine system. The control system will play a major role in control on all parts of the project. This project is about design and fabricates automated packaging machine system. Electrical DC motors control where used as actuators for the entire process to move the upper and lower conveyor belts and the sensors used to feed the control system by system information. Conveyor belts use for transporting samples from one location to another which would be packaged into a specific boxes later on. The control system for the hardware project is to be controlled by programmable logic controller (PLC) device. Ladder logic diagram for PLC were used for control the actual prototype for the experimentation.

Speed control of brushless DC motor using MATLAB: This is a simulation based project which includes control system to control the speed of brushless dc motor on MATLAB software. This control system uses feedback of speed and it eliminates error which helps to get desired speed in minimum time. After removing error by using hall sensors it will get position of the rotor and accordingly use excitations to excite the coils for rotation of brushless dc motor.

Automatic GSM based door lock system using PIC16f877A Microcontroller: This project is done by using PIC16F877A microcontroller which is a 40 pins IC. As name indicates it is a door lock system in which user will not get access through door until password is correct. Programing is done by using C programing language. This project uses SIM900A to communicate message to user if someone else entering wrong password. 16*2 LCD screen is used to display status of door lock.
