Under my technical supervision, I was able to increase the assigned area its overall production contribution from 15% to 45%.

Responsible for opening two additional areas, conducting pre-feasibility and feasibility studies that includes scheduling, plan drafting, costing and recommendations of scenarios use as basis. Key Responsibilities

Prepared all the Mine designs of short,medium term and long term underground mine development layouts and production plans in coordination with all the departments concern and endorsed/approved by Mine Group, VPO/Resident Managers.

Supervised the Mine Planning Drafting section in performing drafting works for surface and underground infrastructure and such other related works which requires design and material take-off.

Performed Drafting, Laying Out, and Specifying Technical Devices, Parts, and Equipment - Providing documentation, detailed instructions, drawings, or specifications to tell others about how devices, parts, or structures are to be fabricated, constructed, assembled, modified, maintained, or use and work sequences.

Conducted Mine UG Monitoring (area progress and problems encountered). Provide information to area manager relevant to the implementation of an Approve Mine Plans

Recommend with Mine Superintendent/Managers in the development and redevelopment of plans to suit on-going mine activities.

Analyses general status and any other issues affecting the progress of the company’s mine plans to the mine planning engineers as and when required.

Compiles records of all Mines Planning/survey data both underground and surface in the computer files and to record location and progress of development drives.

Conduct monitored and control cost and Implement Company safety practices, risk management and security policies, as well as administrative rules & regulation, departmental SOPs and guidelines

Conducted Mine underground visit to implement layouts for development and production working areas.

Trains drafting personnel in computer aided design software application.

Performed surface planning (time and motion) such as road cutting, slope stabilization- Providing Drafting layouts, schedule and fleet requirements from excavation to hauling and estimated cost.
