MOORE’S RESIDENCE 2010– Built Design project:

Prepared and performed site analysis and evaluation complete with construction report for renovation of existing structure. Formulated presentation boards to illustrate design concept. Space planning for 8,000 sq. Ft tri-level residence. Approval of plans and design concept, preliminary selection of FF&E. Research development for landscape design for Outdoor. Custom designed gourmet kitchen completed with custom designed marble tile pattern layout. Developed outdoor entertainment design concept. Prepared preliminary working drawings for all areas contracted. Re-designed entry façade including entry façade stairwell. Developed custom design for home theater.
