Accountant/Controller, for BRICO, LLC (July, 2015 to March 2018)

I was hired to help reorganize the Company, restructure its debt, generate Monthly Financial Statements, plus Year-End Audit.

I started the Company, in 2015, with 3 Locations, grew to 8 Locations, by 2018, with possible Additional Location, in 2018.

The Company grew very fast, and remained very profitable.

CFO/COO, for Cuillo Enterprises, Inc, (June 2010- April, 2015) Single-Owner Holding Company, both Domestic, and International.

I was hired to reorganize the Company, restructure the Debt, Sell Off unprofitable Businesses, and settle (2) IRS Audits. As COO, I am responsible for All Operating Companies, which include a Joint Venture with Seminole Tribe of Florida, a Food and Wine Wholesaler, Entertainment Company, Real Estate Holding Company, Yacht Chartering Business, Music/Record Company, Import Company, and an Italian Market.

Business Broker/Consultant (Various Times, 2003-2006, and January 2009 June 2010, Plus Currently)

I provided Consultation on Mergers & Acquisitions for over 75 Clients. I completed the Business Valuations for Clients, and negotiated the Business Terms of the Transactions, ranging from Healthcare, Retail, Consumer Products, Call Centers, to Real Estate Condo/Conversions. CIQ Inc./Voisys, Inc. I developed an Exit Strategy, for the Owner of Company. I brought (2) Substantial Offers to Table, which were declined by Owner.

I was responsible for all Operations, of the High-Tech Marketing/Telecommunications Business, which utilized VOIP Systems, .along with both In-bound and Out-bound Call Centers. I left Company, after Offers were rejected, and remained as Consultant, until 2010. I sold Real Estate Holding Company, for Owner.

Alan Stuart, Inc (Apparel Manufacturer) and Harris & Frank, Alan Stuart, Barons, Menswear Inc, (Men’s Retail Stores) ASI, Holdings

I completed the Acquisitions of Harris & Frank, (33 Stores) and Barons Men’s Stores,( 42 Stores) while creating the platform of Alan Stuart “On-Line” and started an Outlet Chain of Stores called Menswear Inc(48 Stores). All Stores carried the Brands of Alan Stuart, and others. We sold Manufacturing Business, ASI Holdings, Inc., and I remained as Consultant for Retail Stores.

HKH&F Group (124-Men’s Retail Stores)

I progressed from Controller of a 10-Store Chain of Men’s/Women’s Clothing Stores, to President CEO//COO/CFO of a 124 Store Group in 18 States, until eventual Sale.

Business was a combination of various Specialty Stores, and a Manufacturing Company, owned by Phillips Van Heusen, Inc. A Group of Executives, purchased the Businesses as an Internal Management Buyout. We formed a Holding Company (approx $350 Million) and I was elected to Board of Directors. I negotiated the Financing and Credit Agreements with Lenders. We “re-packaged” the Businesses and Sold “Our” Holding Company to Hugo Boss, Inc. I sold off Retail Businesses to Landlords and to Alan Stuart, who I went to work for.
