Association of Christian Schools International – Colorado Springs, CO

During my 24 year tenure in the Northeast the number of member schools doubled and the number of accredited schools increased significantly. My focus was to develop relationships to foster the opportunity to strengthen schools by providing consultation, professional development (to faculty leaders and boards) and other relevant services. In my role as Assistant Vice-President for Professional Development, I oversaw a national conference serving over 10,000 and transitioned this into a 21st century model which strengthened the financial position of the association and was better suited to meet the needs of our constituents. I also testified before the United States Congress on education issues, and advocated before state and federal regulators and elected officials on a frequent basis.
