PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Musculoskeletal Transplant Foundation (MTF) December 2016- July 2018 (Contract Position)

Circulator Technician: My primary job was to make carts designed for dissecting human tissue for the processors. Also help out the other circulators with these carts also emptied auto claves with equipment and supplies in it. GMP environment, clean room, tissue handling procedures.

Colgate – Palmolive April 2016 – October 2016 (Contract Position)

Lab Technician - Stability: Prepare stability studies submitted by researchers in the site OTC sample tracking program. Label OTC samples with system generated labels and apply to corresponding stability samples

Becton Dickinson April 2015- June 2015 (Contract Position)

Lab Technician: Worked on special project called Intelliport Base used for hospital use or doctors’ office. It determines the type of medication going to the proper person. Also, did washing experiment for this research study for data on this product.

BASF May 2014- October 2014 (Contract Position)

Lab Technician: Worked in the hydrocarbon lab (GCC/CE) department doing filtration of oils and ash moisture. Also, sent samples to physical testing labs, and TRF samples. Also, worked in different group for other projects. Tested products for various results on different experiments.

Becton Dickinson February 2014 – May 2014 (Contract Position)

Lab Technician: Tested needles on Instron machine for routine results for R&D. Also assisted my help in other areas for different projects going on. The reason for the Instron testing results to use a base line of data recorded for the experiment.

Safety-Kleen Systems October 2012 – March 2013

Lab Technician: Duties consisted of testing oils for the recycling plant operations to resale of products; also operated GC machines, Mass Spec., and ICP for final results. Any products coming in the lab gets tested with customers request as far as test results.

Lab Tech 1: Duties consisted of weighing dry compounds supporting our compound management operation. I was also trained on the liquid handling operation. Working knowledge of GMP’s and SOP’S also tested samples for stability, aging and temperature results, also recorded electronic notebook for results familiarity with design of experiments.

Lab Technician: Duties were testing eye shadow products for research and development group; also performed a lot of stability testing, aging and temperature ph./viscosity results preformed a lot of batch making duties. Also mixed, weighed out batches of eye shadow for our experiment.

Lab Technician/Sample Prep: Duties included testing sludge samples, water supplies for Ph and viscosity and also stored samples in their proper locations. Handled incoming samples entering the lab and gave some samples to the right departments.

Lab Technician: Prepared media for tests and runs of machinery equipment. Also, assisted in setting up machines for different runs and experiments. Worked in different groups for other research and developments.

Lab Technician: Packaged chemicals to be shipped to customers; weigh samples and prepare for shipment and handling of chemical drums. Tested for particle size analyses, bulk and tap density analyses for incoming raw material.

Lab Technician: Mixed and weighed new formulations for production department; tested detergents for strength results. This was a new project that never materialized, tested for particle size analyses for incoming raw materials. Had experience with extrusion, milling, and coating in the plant.

HPLC, GC, IR, Karl Fischer, Mettler Dropping Point Analyzer, Instron (1122 & 4201), Viscometer, ASTM method for testing such as D287, D189, D97, D56 and D482.Also used GD&T system for defining and communicating engineering tolerances. Ability to clean, operate and maintain equipment safely, used a lot of Instron testing in the past for strength results. Also worked at Becton Dickinson in the past testing their syringes on the intron equipment. Also worked with (NIKON) microscope at BD.
