•Alight/AON-Hewitt: Commissioned to participate in a project to recruit (200 combined) Seasonal Health Enrollment Specialists / Community Health Education & Outreach Specialists. Start-up & staffing a call center with (50) fully bilingual Customer Care Representatives. Project completed ahead of schedule.

•Diaphoros, Inc.: Leads and participates in HR projects as assigned. Evaluate, develop / implement human resource policies and practices to support the client’s corporate culture as well as responding to emerging business needs. Serves as liaison with assigned areas to coordinate the HR needs including, staffing, succession planning, employee relations, consolidations and divestitures, information dissemination and policy reviews. Provide human resources department auditing and process improvement recommendations.

•Experis - Manpower: Performed as Project Lead Recruiter to staff a call center with (200+) fully bilingual candidates.

•Centro San Francisco, Inc.: This is a non-profit community-based socio-educational institution. The organization’s reach-out services include Pre-kinder to 12th grade education, adult literacy programs, assistance for school dropouts, tutoring, social risks prevention and recreational services among others. As the HR Director (on pro-bono basis), provides overall HR services.
