DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Managing safety procedures at site as per ISO Safety manual.

Conducting Safety Training/Awareness program as per Training calendar to all categories of site employees.

Maintaining SHE manual, Forms, project Formats, Registers & Safety records.

Ensure wearing of PPE’S by all workers and staffs like helmets, goggles, glass, life jackets, safety shoes, safety belts, masks, etc

Ensure all the lifting equipment, tools and Preparing tackles are inspected and checked.

Carry Out Post Inspection To Ensure That All Officers Are Performing Their Duties According To Their Assigned Task.

Undertaking Regular Safety And Security Inspections Of Facility To Ensure That Appropriate Measures Are Implemented.

Pre-inspection For The Hot work permit issue

Preparing Sign Board & Banners regarding safety

Maintaining And Supervising The Implementation Of The Company Safety & Security Plan And Procedures.

Provide And Maintain Safe Working Environment.

Checking Condition Of Machinery EX; Hand Power Tools.

Ensure That Machinery And Equipment Is Designed, Constructed, Set Up And Maintained To Normal Industry Standard In Order To Be Safe For Use By Employees.

Ensure That Employees Are Not Exposed To Hazard In The Course Of Their Work.

Provide And Maintain Facilities For The Safety And Health Of The Employees At Work.

Keep Records Of Accident And Incident Resulting In Any Actual Or Potential Harm To A Person Or Damage Or Potential Damage To Any Property, Violation Of Any Safety Directives Noted.

Coordinating Safety And Security Aspects Of Handling Of Related Safety And Security Incidents Investigation.

Reporting To The Superior Officer Any Deficiencies And Non-Conformities Identified During Security And Safety Inspections And Verification Of Compliance And Implementing Any Corrective Actions.

Ensuring Consistency Between Security And Safety Requirements.
