Role: - Lead the team of Hardware design engineer and handling all the correspondence to the final client.

It is 1400MW plant with two turbines coal fired thermal plant.

Upgrading the old Teleperm Siemens system to high level T3000 system.

Also providing hardware drawings in AUTOCAD.

Project AL-JUBAIL, Saudi Arabia (Power & Desalination)(Unit-86,83 & 65) Complete replacement of old I&C System ( Honeywell, Bailey 820) by Siemens DCS SPPA T3000 system for 12 units of Boiler 130MW each of oil & gas Fired and 40 Desalination units with total capacity of 5.21 MG/Day.

Commissioning and Erection works:

Cabinet Erection & Installation supervision

Implementation of Client logics and operational philosophy with Siemens Standards.

Discussing Project commissioning schedule

T3000 SW loading & preparing system for Commissioning

Loop checks, Cold Function Tests

Closure of all LOP’s created by end client

Project AS-Built Documentation.
