Dear Hiring Manager,

I am pleased to present my resume to you for a full-time position in Admin/HR in your esteemed organization. In my recent capacity in Admin and HR in Aquaplex FZE, I was acting as the point of contact between the director and internal/external clients. I was responsible for updating the directors meeting and travel schedule, manage diary, schedule meetings/appointments and email calendar invites. I was also responsible for drafting, compiling and preparing email/letter correspondence. I played a key role in preparing international travel plans, from processing travel visa applications, handling international currency, and flight/hotel/rental car bookings. I played the lead role in researching and identifying Business Recognition Awards/SME Business Awards, process award application, coordinate the documentation process and award application submission. In September’2018 Aquaplex FZE won the Gulf Capital B2B SME Award. I also acted as the CSR Coordinator for the GREENBOX initiative. In my 3.5 years of professional experience at Aquaplex FZE has significantly helped me learn and gain knowledge about several Admin and HR processes of the business. In the past, I have worked as Intersessions Coordinator for the American School of Bombay, I was responsible for setting-up and monitoring the course registration system, assisting with the development and implementation of yearly intersession planning, public relations and communications strategies to support the program goals. This caused me to significantly expand my skill-set at multi-tasking, public relations, customer service, project management, and event management.

I also worked as a Learning and Development Consultant for KFC Corporation, where I assisted in designing a training program, developed a comprehensive program evaluation plan while working with key cross-functional partners. In addition to my work with KFC, I interned at Sodexo America, LLC as an Employee Training & Development Consultant, I was responsible for training and orientation of new part-time and full-time hourly employees. I assisted in the implementation and facilitation of the employee EEO training as mandated under Sodexo's Diversity & Inclusion policy and corporate efforts. I have sharpened my organizational skills, attention to detail and my ability to work with speed and accuracy. In my Masters program in Human Resource Education I have built upon skills in research, conducting a needs assessment, developing a training module, instructional design, facilitation methods, performance consulting, organizational development and consulting.

I believe that I would be a valuable asset to your organization. I am confident if given an opportunity, I will contribute positively to the key initiatives at your organization. If my qualifications agree with any job position I hope to schedule an interview at a mutually convenient time. I look forward to speaking with you.

Thank you for your consideration.
