BIMBO BAKERIES USA Plant Engineer– Roseville, MN FEB 2018 to present Manage all aspects of production & facilities maintenance for 19 employees in an industrial bakery.

Project manager or assisted corporate project manager on capital projects (e.g., glycol chilling systems upgrade, boiler feedwater upgrade, bakery processing upgrade, packaging equipment upgrades).

Managed MRO budget, resulting in year over year decrease in spending while maintaining similar OEE or exceeded year over year.
