Quality Manager (Power Plant no. 13 for Saudi Electricity Company) Responsible for maintaining all aspects of WorleyParsons project management process (common framework for project execution which is intended to be applied to all business sector project activities throughout the WorleyParsons Group) at Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) Power Plant no. 13 (PP13) Project. WorleyParsons was engaged by (SEC) to provide (EPCM) services for a 1800 MW combined cycle power plant with approximately 1.7 billion US $ project cost.

• Manage and validate quality processes by establishing service specifications and quality attributes; measuring construction; documenting evidence; determining operational and performance qualification; writing and updating quality assurance procedures

• Ensure compliance with client requirements, quality policy, standards, regulatory and the projects procedures and standards through establishing the project quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) system

• Manage evaluation of, and reporting on, project contractor’s quality systems (QMSs)

• Work with client employees, project contractors, and outsourcing firms to develop the project engineering, procurement and construction requirements

• Interact with construction and Engineering teams to maintain project services supply and introduction of new quality metrics and methodologies

• Report to top management on the performance of the QMS (e.g., results of quality audits, corrective actions), including the need for improvement and conduct periodic management review meetings

CMA Tower is 76 storey high-rise offices in Riyadh, SA, 400 meters tall and 1,991,000 square feet.
