Planning :

• In depth study of the tender documents.

• Preparation of initial planning for the entire project in consultation with site in charge in bar chart form with detailed resource requirement.

• Preparation of monthly detailed planning based on the initial planning with breakup of main activities and resource requirement for that.

• Monitoring & reporting of status of achievement against monthly plan/ overall plan for the project.

• Assisting project manager for conducting daily meetings to assign planned work of next day to team leaders, to know & report the progress of the day vs. planning & constraints causing deviations.

• Preparation of related MIS/ reports as an outcome of above tasks, keep record of those MIS/ reports as per the system and send those to recipients as per the system. (MIS/ reports will include Rolling plan, Bar Chart, Bar Chart Tracking, WPR, MOR, and monthly planning, Progress related client submissions, progress photo uploading, DPR, Asset phasing and any other required to fulfill the requirement of planning function)

• Helping the site engineers in documentation & granting permissions with the consultant.

Quantity Survey:

• Study of BOQ (Bill of Quantity) as per specifications and taking out quantities from drawing.

• Preparation and submission of client RA bills, Liasoning and coordination with Client. Verification of certified RA Bills.

• Preparation of BBS & Certification of it with client.

• Identification & Preparation of extra items & follow up for approval.
